Alongside an MBA, my qualifications include a Certificate IV in Government Investigations and a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety. Brookvale HR Solutions exists because I kept seeing the same pattern everywhere I worked: growing businesses needed senior HR expertise but could not justify a full-time hire, and the consultancies they turned to kept sending junior staff. There had to be a better way to deliver HR support, and Brookvale HR Solutions is the result.

My consulting career has spanned dozens of industries including defence, education, manufacturing, professional services, not-for-profit, sports, and hospitality, among others. My engagements have ranged from resolving individual performance matters to standing up entire HR frameworks for businesses that had never documented a policy. What every SME shared, regardless of sector, was the same constraint: large-employer compliance obligations without large-employer HR capability. The result was business owners explaining their situation to a different consultant every engagement.
