Is GST included in the published prices?
No. All prices shown on this page are exclusive of GST. GST applies at the standard rate of 10% and is itemised on your invoice.
What happens if I need more than my retainer hours in a given month?
Additional hours beyond your retainer allowance are charged at $250 per hour. On the HR Partner plan, up to 2.5 unused hours roll over to the next month before additional hours apply. On the HR Manager plan, additional hours are billed at the same rate, and extra onsite days are available at $1,500 per day.
Can I switch between retainer tiers?
Yes. You can move between Ad-Hoc, HR Partner, and HR Manager at any time. Most businesses start on HR Partner and step up to HR Manager as headcount or HR complexity grows; there are no lock-in contracts on any tier.
What does "fee credited" mean on the HR Compliance Audit?
If you engage Brookvale HR Solutions for follow-on work after the audit (a fixed-fee product, an ongoing retainer, or a project engagement), the full $1,500 audit fee is credited against the cost of the follow-on work. If you choose not to proceed, the audit stands on its own as a standalone deliverable.
What counts as an onsite visit under the HR Manager retainer?
An onsite visit is a full day at your place of business, anywhere in SE QLD metro. Onsite time typically covers leadership meetings, policy review sessions, manager coaching, or direct involvement in a live HR matter. Additional onsite days are available at $1,500 per day.
