Why do some tools require an email address?

How accurate are the calculators?
The Redundancy Pay Calculator and Notice Period Calculator use the National Employment Standards minimum entitlements set by the Fair Work Act 2009 (sections 117 and 119). Each calculator flags where a Modern Award or enterprise agreement may set a higher entitlement. They produce minimum-entitlement estimates, not legal advice.
